In episode 12, our hobbies tell a story. I tell the progression of my life through the different hobbies that I've had. Memories of the honeymoon phase of my marriage through triathlons, coping with the combat deployment with running and how swimming has been there for me through the lowest and highest points in my life.
Hobbies aren't just trivial things we do to pass the time. They reflect where we are in our lives. at one particular time. In some cases, hobbies are how we live out our true passions in our lives.
